Shrink-In: Pelatihan dan Pemanfaatan Shrink Paper Berbasis Ecopreneurship Untuk Melatih Keterampilan Wirausaha Bagi Siswa Tunagrahita

Abstrak
Pendidikan khusus memerlukan pendekatan praktis untuk mengembangkan kemandirian dan keterampilan kewirausahaan siswa. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan melatih siswa tunagrahita di SLB-AC Dharmawanita Sidoarjo dalam membuat produk gantungan kunci dari shrink paper melalui pendekatan ecopreneurship. Pelatihan dirancang untuk menggabungkan kreativitas, kewirausahaan, dan kesadaran lingkungan dengan mendorong siswa menghasilkan kerajinan shrink paper yang ramah lingkungan dan layak jual. Metode yang digunakan adalah workshop langsung yang meliputi teknik shrink paper, desain produk, konsep bisnis, dan strategi pemasaran. Sebanyak lima belas siswa berpartisipasi aktif dengan bimbingan fasilitator dan guru. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan keberhasilan siswa dalam membuat produk gantungan kunci dari shrink paper. Selain itu, siswa memperoleh pemahaman lebih baik tentang praktik berkelanjutan dan pola pikir kewirausahaan. Program ini tidak hanya meningkatkan keterampilan praktis tetapi juga menumbuhkan sikap positif terhadap tanggung jawab lingkungan dan kemandirian. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berbasis ecopreneurship efektif memberdayakan siswa berkebutuhan khusus dengan memberikan pengalaman belajar bermakna dan peluang penghasilan.
